Terms and conditions of use

This website constitutes a work of which TREECORP is the author according to articles 5 and following of the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law (R. D. Leg. 1/1996). The photographs, texts, slogans, designs, images, animated sequences with or without sound, videos, as well as all the works included in the website are the property of TREECORP or of third parties who have authorized TREECORP to use them. The reproductions, on paper or computer support, of all or part of the content of the aforementioned website are authorized under the condition that their use is strictly personal, excluding any use for speculative and/or lucrative purposes, or that they are not contemplated within the uses authorized in articles 31 to 40bis of the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law (R. D. Leg. 1/1996). With the exception of these cases, any reproduction, representation, use or modification, for any process and whatever the medium, of all or part of the website without the prior authorization of TREECORP is prohibited.

The Users are obliged to make a reasonable use of the services or contents, under the principle of good faith and with respect to the law in force, morality, public order, good customs, the rights of third parties or  TREECORP itself, all according to the possibilities and purposes for which they are conceived. TREECORP does not assume responsibilities, direct or indirect, for emergent damage or loss of profit, derived from the bad use of the services or contents carried out by the Users or third parties. Both the access to the web and the use that can be made of the information and contents included in it will be of the exclusive responsibility of the user.

Users agree to make appropriate use of the contents and services that SUM TREECORP offers through its website and (I) not to use them for illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order activities; (II) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, apology of terrorism or against human rights; (III) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of TREECORP, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (IV) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

Applicable Law

These General Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The language of the General Conditions is Spanish. In case of litigation, the Spanish courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
